Scholarship Opportunity for Border Control Participants

Due: Monday, September 2 The New Media Caucus (NMC) invites participants in the 2019 Border Control Symposium & Exhibition to apply for scholarships to offset the cost of attendance.  Due to generous support from The Office of Research at the University of Michigan, the NMC is able to waive conference fees for a small number of attendees. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated need, as well as those who promote our mission of diversity and inclusivity. The New Media Caucus is accepting nominations for election to the Board of Directors, and nominations for two Officer positions: President Elect, and Chair of Exhibitions and Events. The tenth annual New Media Caucus Showcase will be held during ​CAA 2019​ on Thursday evening, February 14th at the Hunter MFA Building, 205 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10013. The NMC invites proposals for affiliated panel session @ CAA 2019

The New Media Caucus invites proposals for affiliated panel session to be held during the 2019 College Art Association annual conference in New York City. Panels should reflect New Media Caucus’ mandate of promoting the development and understanding of new media art. Panels that address or engage with underrepresented groups within the new media genre are strongly encouraged. Panel chairs will submit the proposal and organize the session, including the call for submissions.
