Flux Factory Presents “Tongue Tide”

Long Island City Flux Factory is pleased to present its next 2017 Major Exhibition, Tongue Tide, opening Thursday, July 6 from 6-9PM. The exhibition will be on view through Sunday, July 30 with gallery hours on Saturdays & Sundays from 1-6PM, and by appointment. Open Call: Tongue Tide at Flux Factory

Inspired by the location in Queens, NY, Tongue Tide invites creative practitioners, artists, performers, researchers, and educators to submit proposals for new artworks, workshops, and performances with the subject matter of language. Tongue Tide is one of Flux’s major 2017 exhibitions and is curated by Emireth Herrera and Christina Freeman.
