Guidelines for Proposals and Submissions to Media-N

Media-N welcomes proposals for Themed Editions on an ongoing basis. These proposals are reviewed and selected by Media-N’s editorial board in the fall and in winter. If accepted, the author(s) making the proposal are invited to act as Guest Editor(s) for either the following fall issue or the following winter issue. Use these guidelines when making your submissions...

Authors whose Themed Proposals have been approved by Media-N’s Editorial Board are invited to act as Guest Editors for a specific journal issue. Guest Editors work closely with the Editor-in-Chief and with either the Deputy Executive Editor or an Associate Editor who assist Guest Editors in all aspects of the publication and help manage editorial standards. The Guest Editors are responsible for selecting and assembling all the textual and supporting material related to the publication such as: essays, copyright release forms, images, videos, sound files, and captions for art works. It is important that all of these items be formatted according to the standards set out in our Publication guidelines. To this end Guest Editors must clearly convey these guidelines to their authors from the onset.
