Essential Functions The School of Art seeks candidates with a rich and varied skill set in the field of Animation. The successful candidates are expected to pursue an active teaching agenda in Animation in one or more of the following areas: storyboarding, 2D animation, and/or 3D animation. The successful candidates will teach lower and upper division undergraduate courses and instruct a variety of in-person, hybrid, and online course offerings, and will mentor undergraduate students based on department needs. The successful candidates are expected to contribute to a dynamic and growing Animation program, including developing new courses related to their areas of expertise. The successful candidates will also contribute impactful service to the program, the School of Art, the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, and ASU as well as the profession and/or the community.
