The primary responsibility of this position is to develop a successful undergraduate program in 3D art practices and 3D digital technologies. SAC is seeking an artist with competencies in some, if not all, of the following: 3D modeling software, CNC tools, rapid prototyping, and hybrid processes; in addition to basic and advanced studio procedures, including metal fabrication, welding and wood working practices.

SAC seeks creative scholars with active, substantial, and substantive exhibition records to build a tradition of excellence in the School of Arts and Communication.
The position is a 1.0 FTE, 9-month appointment. Salary is commensurate with experience and benefits are competitive. The tenure line will be in the School of Arts and Communication with a home in Art.
