Palace64 and In The Weeds
Palace64 and In the Weeds show a virtual ecosystem made up of simulated roller coasters. I originally created the environment using No Limits Coaster 2 for an audiovisual work combining simulated roller coasters and live chamber music. In order to create organic structures reminiscent of coral and beehives, I built all the roller coasters algorithmically by introducing jitter to common coaster elements such as the loop and spiral.
