The New Media Caucus invites you to save the date for our forthcoming symposium Future Bodies, to be held in September of 2022 (weekend TBD) at Virginia Tech University. The date will be finalized in February 2022.
Future Bodies will present a constellation of new interdisciplinary research and practice in new media that considers the role of bodies, broadly conceived, in our collective future.
A call for papers, participation, and performance/exhibition will soon follow!
We are pleased to announce that micha cárdenas will be our keynote speaker; her talk will be live-streamed for those unable to attend in person. Please see below for her full bio.
