2025 Judson-Morrissey Excellence in New Media Award
The New Media Caucus (NMC) invites applications for the 2025 Judson-Morrissey Excellence in New Media Award: Scholarship for BIPOC Students. The scholarship fund provides multiple unrestricted awards of up to $500 to BIPOC undergraduate and graduate students working in the field of new media art (artist, practitioner, historian, and/or critic). Awardees will be featured in an NMC Header/Footer Gallery exhibition and a Member Spotlight Feature on our website This award is consistent with the vision of the NMC and our commitment to cultivating inclusivity within the new media arts community.
Applicants must provide a 500-word (maximum) letter of application, a short biography (100-200 words), and 3-5 work samples (artwork) or 2-3 work samples (writing).
